Our beautiful apartment has been owned by our family since 2003. It took 3 years of blood, sweat and tears to renovate - retaining the traditional, but updating with all modern amenities. We love the opportunity to share our home with others, so that they may too fall in love with the charms of Rovinj.

Location, location, location….
Apartment 5C is located in the heart of old town Rovinj, with all the shops and amenities of Rovinj within a few minutes walk. There is a smashing bakery within 30 seconds of the front door that does proper French croissants. Fancy a glass of wine? It’s literally downstairs. Michelin starred cuisine? Under 5 minutes walk. The old town in Rovinj is fully pedestrianised with entry only permitted to licensed taxis, permanent residents, and local authority vehicles. Parking is available in a number of car parks within walking distance of the old town.
